1. Pricing

Registered drop shippers receive a forty percent (40%) discount off of the current MSRP on all product purchases.

2. Fees

Each order will incur a $1.00 drop shipping fee per box (typically one box per order). Only one shipping location may be specified per order.

3. Minimums

Je T'aime Fragrances does not require a minimum purchase for drop shipping on behalf of our authorized vendors.

4. Terms

All orders must be prepaid via money order, wire transfer, credit/debit card or check before the product(s) will be shipped. Without exception. a credit card is required to be on file. Payments that are made by methods other than credit card will usually result in shipping delays.

5. Surcharges

Orders that do not adhere to these terms and conditions and/or Je T'aime Fragrances drop shipping procedures, including order submissions, will incur a $5.00 processing surcharge per order.

6. Shipments

Orders are shipped F.O.B. Clearwater, Florida via FedEx, UPS, USPS or other common carrier. The carrier choice is Je T'aime Fragrances' decision. Je T'aime Fragrances will not drop-ship on your shipping account number. The only exception to this conditions is international orders; Je T'aime Fragrances will accept your shipping account number however you must call your shipping company and complete all arrangements, including all necessary paperwork, to have the item picked up and shipped from Je T'aime Fragrances' warehouse. Je T'aime Fragrances will not ship to USPS post office boxes.

7. Returns

Je T'aime Fragrances accepts returns only within 14 days following receipt of shipment. The buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses. All returned non-defective merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact and include the original receipt/invoice/packing slip. All returns that are eligible for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Je T'aime Fragrances will issue credit upon approval of returned merchandise. Je T'aime Fragrances will not issue credit for returned merchandise damaged in the return shipment. Je T'aime Fragrances will not issue call tags for returns.

8. Shipping Damage

Je T'aime Fragrances will cover items damaged by the shipping carrier unless the carrier is the US Postal Service or if the item(s) was shipped using your shipping account/carrier. The procedures to replace a damaged shipment are as follows:

  • For items shipped via "non-freight" service such as FedEx, UPS, etc...
    1. The shipment recipient must call the appropriate shipping carrier as indicated on the shipping label; FedEx at 1-800-GoFedEx or UPS at 1-800-PickUPS. The recipient must notify the shipping carrier of the damage and provide the tracking number(s) on the shipping label and have the package returned to us. This first step must be completed within 5 business days of the shipment's delivery.
    2. After FedEx or UPS picks up the damaged shipment notify Je T'aime Fragrances of the situation via e-mail at [email protected] Include the Je T'aime Fragrances invoice/receipt number and your order number as well as a description of the damage.
    3. Je T'aime Fragrances will replace the shipment at no additional cost to the vendor after Je T'aime Fragrances has verified that the shipment's item(s) was in fact damaged during shipment. This process may take 2 to 3 weeks.
  • For large shipments sent via freight service such as FedEx Freight, Watkins, etc...
    1. The shipment's recipient must receive the shipment in person and must inspect the shipment when delivered.
    2. The recipient must notify the freight delivery driver of the shipping damage, request damage documentation and refuse the damaged shipment.
    3. Je T'aime Fragrances will replace the item at no additional cost to the vendor after Je T'aime Fragrances has verified that the item was in fact damaged during shipment. This process may take 2 to 3 weeks or more.

Je T'aime Fragrances will not cover a shipping damage return and/or replacement in which the vendor and/or the vendor's customer fails to follow this procedure.

9. Errors

Je T'aime Fragrances will charge shipping errors to your account unless Je T'aime Fragrances is the cause of the error. Shipping errors include shipment refusal by you or your customer, incorrect address, address change and failed delivery. Shipping error charges include return shipping costs, $5.00 per address change/correction and any costs for reshipment.

10. Warranties

Je T'aime Fragrances warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from the shipment date unless otherwise noted. Je T'aime Fragrances is not liable for misuse of its products. This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, neglect, alteration, shipping or damaged packaging.
