How long will a soy wax candle burn?

Typically, soy wax candles burn approximately 8 to 9 hours per ounce of wax, with proper care. For example, the average burn time for our 10 oz. Footed Square Jar Candle is approximately 80 to 90 hours.Top Of Page

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.Top Of Page

Do you charge sales tax?

We only charge sales tax for items shipped to Florida locations. A 6% sales tax is charged for shipping destinations other than Pinellas County, which is 7%.Top Of Page

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped within a week. But, if we have a heavy workload it may take up to two (2) weeks for shipment. Every effort is made to process each order as expeditiously as possible.Top Of Page

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We do ship to international destinations. We are currently configured to ship to the following countries:

Shipping charges for international destinations, other than Canada, will show as $0.00 when the order is placed. The actual shipping charges, that are charged by the carrier, will be billed at the time the order is shipped.
