Shopping at Je T'aime Fragrances is easy! We have a fabulous selection of candles, massage candles, fragrance oils, and more; and our checkout process is a breeze! Once you complete these simple steps, your order is out the door and on its way to you.

Shopping

1. Locating A Product To Purchase

There are several ways to find products in our store.

  • Browse through our online Catalogue
  • Use the Search feature to locate a specific item
  • Click on a product or category link

2. Adding An Item To The Shopping Bag

Once you locate an item or items you want to purchase, you will need to add them to your Shopping Bag. To do this:

  1. Enter the quantity you want to purchase in the field next to the Add to Bag button. (It defaults to 1 for your convenience.)

  2. Click the Add To Bag button to add the item to your Shopping Bag. (The contents of your Shopping Bag will be displayed.)

  3. Click the Continue Shopping button to return to the page you were on
    -OR-
    Click the Checkout button if you are finished shopping and ready to place your order.

3. Updating Items In Your Shopping Bag

The contents of your Shopping Bag can be changed with ease. You can either modify the quantity of an item or remove it entirely. To do this:

  1. Enter the desired quantity in the Quantity field of the item you wish to modify.
    -OR-
    Click the checkbox in the Remove column of the item you wish to delete.

  2. Click the Update Shopping Bag button to save your changes.

Check Out

1. Checking Out

When you have finished shopping and you are ready to make your purchase, click the Check Out button on the Shopping Bag page or, if you are not on the Shopping Bag page, you can click the CHECKOUT icon at the top right of every screen.

  • If you have already logged in, you will be taken directly to the Check Out page.
  • If you have not logged in or if you are not a registered user, you will be directed to the Account Login page.

2. Account Login

You do not have to register for an account to make purchases at Je T'aime Fragrances. However, we encourage all of our customers to register so that they can receive notices of upcoming sales, special promotions, and information about new products.

To continue the checkout process:

  • Enter your username and password and click the Login button. (You will be directed to the Check Out page.)
    -OR-
  • Click on the Click here to Register link to create an account. (You will be directed to the Account Registration screen.)
    -OR-
  • Click on the Checkout without registering link to continue without creating an account. (You will be directed to the Billing Information page.)

3. Register For An Account

If you have selected to create an account, you must complete the Account Registration form. Select a username and password. Then enter your billing information. When you are done, click the Continue button.

If you unchecked the Shipping Address Same as Billing Address you will be directed to the Shipping Information page. Enter your shipping address information and then click the Continue button.

Once your account has been created, you will be directed to the Check Out page.

Note: If you do not indicate that a separate shipping address should be used, you may still change the shipping information on the Check Out page.

4. Checkout Without Registering

If you have chosen to checkout without registering, you will be prompted to enter your billing information. When you are done, click the Continue button to proceed to the Check Out page.

5. Using Coupons/Gift Certificates

If you have a coupon or gift certificate that you want to use, it must be entered in the first field (labeled Coupon) on the Check Out page.

Note: The coupon savings or gift certificate credit will be displayed on the Finalize Order page.

6. Changing Your Billing Information

Your billing information is displayed on the Check Out page. If you want to change this information, click the Change Billing Address link and you will be directed to the Billing Information page.

7. Changing Your Shipping Information

By default, your shipping information is the same as your billing information. To change your shipping information or to add an additional shipping address, click the Change Shipping Address link and you will be directed to the Shipping Information page.

Special Features

1. Changing Shopping Bag Display Settings

By default, you are directed to the Shopping Bag each time you add a new item. If you only want to see the Shopping Bag when you choose, you can change your display settings. To do this:

  1. Click the selector next to "When Adding Items To Cart, Hide Shopping Cart"

  2. Click the Update Shopping Bag button to save your changes.

Note: You can change back to displaying the Shopping Bag after each item is added by selecting the other option and clicking Update Shopping Bag.

2. Saving Your Shopping Bag

If time does not permit you to continue shopping, you can save your Shopping Bag and retrieve it later, when you have more time. To do this:

  1. Go to your Shopping Cart and click the Save Shopping Bag button. (You will be directed to the Save Shopping Bag page)

On the Save Shopping Bag page:

  1. Enter the e-mail address where you want the retrieval information sent.

  2. Click the Save Shopping Bag button to save your changes.

Note: You can also use the Save Shopping Bag feature as a Wish List and send the contents of the cart to another person. To do this, enter their e-mail address in the Wish List field and include any comments you would like to send with it (i.e., I would love to get this as a birthday present.)

3. Retrieving A Saved Shopping Bag

If you previously saved a Shopping Bag, it can be retrieved so that you can continue shopping. To do this:

  • Click the link to the saved Shopping Bag, in the e-mail you received

    -OR-

  • Go to the Shopping Bag page and click the Retrieve Shopping Bag button (This will direct you to the Retrieve Shopping Bag page)
    1. Enter the Shopping Bag code from the e-mail you received
